What is an intercultural tandem?
Intercultural tandems: In an intercultural tandem, the primary aim is to explore the tandem partners’ cultures and to broaden one’s horizons without necessarily working on language skills. It is therefore essential that both participants can converse well in English so that they can communicate effectively. If it turns out that there are other languages you can speak together, you are of course free to use them.
When filling in the registration form, it is not necessary to specify the languages you offer or are looking for, nor your language proficiency levels. However, please indicate whether German is your native tongue, so we can make successful intercultural matches.
